What if you have no agent, is it ok to ask the Agency asking for the audition (a lot of times, it’s by email, sometimes a follow up phone call)straight out as long as it is posed well, as you mentioned.

Hi Gail. I think whether you are working through an agent or booking a job on your own, it is always fine to ask for things.
