This is so funny Aaron because for over 3 weeks now that is exactly what I’ve been doing. Forcing myself to take breaks and even getting away from my desk and going upstairs to pray for just a minute or two and then doing other things rather than focus on the computer constantly. It’s brought me lots more peace and even the ability to focus better on my work when I come back to it.
That sounds really incredible. I just need to continue to follow my own advice.
