Have you ever felt disappointed in the acting industry? We all have. Even famous actors
go through tough times and feel disappointed. But, I hope you are not believing you are defeated.
It is normal for actors to feel disappointed. We need to learn how to not let feeling disappointed turn
into feeling defeated. And, both are easy places for actors to land. This can be a hard industry. We are told no, we are not interested in you all of the time. And that can easily having us disappointed.
Remember, we are the product being sold. And, not everyone wants to purchase us all the time.
Not getting what we want are just business decisions. So, never take things personally. Actors must understand this is how the industry works.
There are ways we can learn to stay strong and be in touch with our emotions,
acknowledge them, but still stay strong.
