I know this sounds crazy, but folding laundry will help you
memorize your lines.
There are many memorization techniques. Every actor has his/her own
style that works best.
But, even after going over your lines many times, it is crucial that you do a test to see
if you really have your words down, by saying them while performing a task.
It could be sweeping the floor,
folding laundry or anything that forces you to use your brain for
something else while saying your lines.
