I never kiss and tell, but in this situation I have to.

When you are working on a film, you never know about
the exact style, temperament or the way  a director will
be with actors.

The director on a film leads and sets the the tone of the project.

On a feature film the director is the boss.
I find that if a director is a bit tough
then those feelings filter its way down
to all those working under him/her.

If the director is nice and generous,
then that sets the tone for the entire set.

recent experience on a film.
