There Are 2 Words That Changed My Life And Acting Career For The Better
As you well know, an actors life can be very rewarding and stressful at times. We feel like there are
so many things that we have to accomplish. Quite often each task feels like a priority.
I used to think about all of the things I had to get done:
More marketing to keep my name fresh in people’s brains
Study and prepare to shoot and upload an audition
Think about my next headshot and update my resume
Gather material together for a new film/TV or other reels
Return phone calls/emails/texts
And, so many other things – not to mention travel to work on a set
Below Are The 2 Words That Changed My Life
Instead of thinking or saying, “I have to do this,” now I say
“I get to do this.” It is so true. I now get to do so many incredible
things.
These 2 words literally changed the way I think and approach my
to do list.
I feel so much more free and just enjoy the fact that I get to do these
amazing things.
