I was seriously thinking of leaving. But, before making a final decision I decided
to have a conversation with them first. I can’t tell you how happy I was with my decision.
In this video, I share 2 situations where I was seriously considering firing an agent. And, I
share what the reason was for wanting to leave and what I said in the conversation.
I am not saying that changing agents should never happen.
Sometimes it is necessary. But, seriously think about this important move before making a decision. You might want to try saying the things I discuss in the video before you fire your agent.
